   Fiber, connectors, epoxy verified against spec before production

   Precision Polishing

   4-stage sequence: 12µm → 3µm → 1µm → 0.3µm lapping film

   3D Interferometer Verification

   End-face geometry checked on every connector

   100% IL/RL Testing

   Every cord tested: IL ≤ 0.20 dB, RL ≥ 60 dB
