Zelyion manufactures fiber optic patch cords and cable assemblies for data centers, network infrastructure, and telecommunications applications. Our products are manufactured to ANSI/TIA-568.3-D standards, with every cord tested for insertion loss (IL ≤0.2dB) and return loss (RL ≥60dB) before shipment.

We offer 140+ standard SKUs and full custom manufacturing capability — including non-standard lengths, connector combinations, jacket types, and OEM labeling. Samples and bulk orders accepted.
